The bathroom is outside the room and is shared. Internet is included. Upload 170 to 200 speed. The second room for $760, per month is smaller. Yet, it's easy to maneuver. The amenities are the same as larger room. There's a: movie room, piano room, solarium on 3 decks and parking. Laundry not available constantly only once a week. Kitchen cooking is okay just self-clean up. Utilities: water, garbage, are included and may increase according to over usage. Lights $20.00 to be paid every month. The airport is 20 minutes away. We are friendly, and caring people. Self-clean up is mandatory. Rent is due on the first of every month. A one year lease is available, perhaps more.
