Note: The Rooms are $825 - if you "share" a room. It will be $1100 for single person private room . Both the rooms have a bathroom. Fully furnished - utilities included- wifi- Tv's - etc.

The LARGE "basement" is fully furnished - utilities included - wifi- with bathroom, "private entrance" - hot plate (electric stove), refrigerator, Tv. If you have your own "furniture" you can bring it. - just let us know. Its $1325.00 to rent to single private person room. This room can be shared also - $825.00 per person.

The "common area will have a TV.

Payment accepted - SS, SSDI, Section 8, private pay, etc.

Also if you "don't have a car" - the Paulding/Douglas transport bus will pick you up at house bring you to your location than bring you back home. Its "FREE" to ride!
