Right now I am only offering one room with one shared full bathroom (as the other room becomes available). This is being offered as a month to month lease/ contract for anyone that needs ONE single room for the purposes of rooming to cut down on the cost of living.

MIDDLE MONTH MOVE IN SPECIAL:
If you happen to need to move in before the beginning of a new calendar month, between the 5th and 20th, I will prorate the first month to $600 (plus 400 dollar safety deposit). After your first month and initial move in, the cost of the second month (every month going as well as going forward goes up to the initial $800/ month (month to month). 

-$600 to move in (courtesy prorate from 5th to 20th)
-$400 to secure safety deposit
This room is unfurnished/ freshly updated and ready to move-in.

AFTER FIRST MONTH MOVE IN (MONTH TO MONTH OUTLINE):
-Rent + Utilities: $850 (rent + utilities + Wifi included + Trash Pickup)
-Payment grace period: Due the 1st through 5th of the month
-Security Deposit: $400 (half of monthly rate)
-Application Fee: $30 per applicant (paid out to Zelle)
- Move in rate from between the 21st of the month to the 4th is not prorated ($850)

*There is another room with a private bathroom undergoing renovations, so anyone that may decide to want a room with a private full bathroom will have the opportunity to update/upgrade their lease when it becomes available.*

PLEASE NOTE:
-Applicant's income must meet or exceed 2 to 2.5 times the monthly rent rate
-Lease: 1 month (month to month contract) preferred but 6 month leases are available.
-Owner has dogs, as well as neighbors surrounding the residence.
-Pets N/A unless you have a fish tank/ low maintenance pet (I can work with you)
-You will be required to supply your own dishes/ laundry detergent/ bath necessities such as toilet paper/ bath towels/ wash clothes/ etc.
