Cozy Home in a quiet neighborhood

I am currently raising my 5yo grandchild . I am a local truck driver & work long hours. I am quiet, stay to myself but friendly and clean. I am looking for a roommate that is clean as well and work outside of the home. You must be kid/people friendly.
I have a 4bd 3ba home 2levels… the bedroom for rent is a Large room downstairs w/ king bed and you will have your own private bathroom. This room is fully furnished, the only bedroom downstairs. There is a den with double doors to walk out onto the lower deck looking into a large fenced in backyard . Although the room and bath will be for your private use only the den and deck can be used but will not be your private used area.
Upstairs is 3bedrooms and 2ba a living room, laundry room, dining room, kitchen and also an upper deck overlooking the backyard. This home has a 2car garage. All common areas are shared and is open for you as needed.
All utilities and internet is included & for an extra fee you can have cable with a full sports package.
