Furnished Private Room and Bathroom

I have One room for rent, 30 minutes from Atlanta (Quiet Community). My son is going back to school in Texas. The room is in the basement with private bathroom and personal entrance. The room is $1000 / monthly furnished with TV and Queen size bed. The basement is my man cave still in creative mode. We are looking for the right person to share our home. All utilities included, with personal laundry service, driveway parking, shared stove and separate refrigerator. You don’t have to worry about bringing nothing but your clothes and personal items. We supply towels and wash clothes. This is a great place of freedom while you wait to get your own place or save money. We are looking for a tenant (the right fit even LGBTQIA friendly) that we can trust in our home. Smoking allowed outside the home. We do travel 2 weekends out of month. Although we accommodate retirees; I would like my tenant to work or go to school. References are encouraged; but for no references my son works for the county and will do a soft background check. Rent covers laundry service, occasional breakfast and dinner on the weekends, all utilities, cable / Wi-Fi. FYI, I have had tenants and or couples that have stayed 2 weeks and or 3-6-12 months; I am here to help you. (If this Ad is Up, we have a room available). I have the room available date (NOW). Tenant that moves in by July 31st, the security deposit ($250) will be waived. One room with private entrance with no contact to us upstairs, unless need to cook. We are both educators!
