SUBLEASE! SUBLEASE! SUBLEASE im moving across states and need to break my lease. I have been living here for three years now. The property is pretty decent and maintenance is often on it when request are put in. My unit recently just had the floors renovated in March 2026 to hardwood grey and the roof redone! They have routine pest control and I always kept my unit nice and tidy so pest not an issue here. The rent is 1079 with added fees like sewer trash water etc it comes out to a solid 1150 every month. The price never changes and there are no surprise fees associated. The only bills you would be paying aside from the complex are gas and electricity! I plan to move out by May 5-7 2026. And my lease ends November 1 2026. If you are serious about this inquiry please let me know. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 3 REFERENCES AND WORK HISTORY!
