Furnished bedroom available (with a second furnished room becoming available soon) in a peaceful 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Emory Woods. You’ll share the bathroom with one working professional and, depending on occupancy, one additional student or professional.

The community offers on-site laundry, a swimming pool just steps from the apartment, and a quiet, well-maintained atmosphere with friendly neighbors.

The location is exceptionally convenient. Emory University, the CDC, Emory Decatur Hospital, the Atlanta VA Medical Center, grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday shopping are all just minutes away. Emory shuttle routes, the Cliff Shuttle, MARTA bus service, and major roads are all within walking distance, making it easy to get around whether you’re commuting to campus, work, or elsewhere in Metro Atlanta.

Located inside the Perimeter (ITP) near North Decatur Road and Clairmont Road, the apartment provides quick access to many parts of Atlanta while offering the comfort of an established residential community.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a friendly, respectful roommate who values consideration, cleanliness, and a peaceful home. The apartment has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that offers a great balance of privacy and community—ideal for students, working professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

It’s currently just me. I work from home and occasionally travel, so the apartment is often quiet. I’ve typically rented to Emory students, though I’ve also had working professionals, and both are welcome.

I am friendly, but also understand that everyone has their own life and routine. I’m looking for one or possibly two roommates who are reliable, considerate, able to pay rent and utilities on time, and willing to contribute to keeping the shared areas clean. The goal is a relaxed, respectful household that everyone feels comfortable living in.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and exceptionally clean. If you’re the type of person who naturally keeps shared spaces spotless and appreciates an organized home, you’ll fit right in.
