Furnished Bedroom with Spa-like Private Bath

I am traveling for the summer and giving an individual or couple the opportunity to rent a bedroom and private bath in my quiet and very comfortable home in the Kirkwood area. The ideal roommate will be a student or professional. We are open to renting to a couple as well. You must have a verifiable job or pay in advance. You must be ok with dogs, as there is a 4.5-year-old German Shepherd (T'Challa) living on the property. It will be important to be clean in shared common areas and respectful of the furniture and amenities. Small group entertaining is accepted but anything over 6 people will require discussion and approval.

My dad lives in the apartment downstairs. He is kind, silly and takes care of the grounds. My ex-husband and friend Harvey is an entrepreneur and will be a roommate in the house. He is 56 and works most days in the home office.

The house is close to Marta. You will see in the photos that there is a large yard (front/back) and deck with a grill and lawn games. Inside, you will find a fully functional kitchen and fully furnished dinning room,

There is opportunity to extend the agreement past three months when I return home, but roommates will change and circumstances will change.
