It is approx. 20 min. from Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL) and about 25mins drive from Atlanta Attractions (Georgia aquarium or Zoo Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, 30 min to Six Flags, and 35 min from Stone Mountain Park). Females and Single Mothers are Welcome!!! Rental price is $1000 for one room or $1275 for two rooms. This home is occupied by a mother of a graduating Senior. Empty Nesting here I come!!!!! We are open to a single mother. We are pet lovers with a small old dog and two cats that are so loving. We are not neat-freaks but I normally like to do a big clean on Sunday evenings for the week. We are very family oriented and looking for compatibility as you will not only be a housemate but apart of our family. Our ideal housemate must respect personal space and boundaries as we do and most importantly be responsible for their own cleanliness. If you know this is not a good fit for you because you need a space for overnight guest, you don’t live well with others, or you are challenged with being a team player, this is not the space for you. No illegal or street drugs of any kind will be tolerated in the house or on the property!!!

Proof of stable income, background check, security deposit (half of rent) is required.
