Hello, my relative recently moved out and they are offering me the space provided I can pay rent. Rent is only 2,400 and there are 4 bedrooms so split between 4 people it would come out to only 600 a month. I am also planning on moving my partner of four years in later whenever they can afford it which would drop the rent price even lower, but for that we're looking at late August maybe September. The space currently has few furnishings not including my own stuff but there is one bed, two desks, and some other stuff if you're a single person looking to move in quickly. I am currently looking on Facebook marketplace for a couch, chairs, barstools, a small dining room table and chairs, etc. The space has a large beautiful backyard with access to a small creek in the back. It is down the street from a park and a five minutes ride away from a massive shopping center (close enough to be incredibly convenient, far enough to not contribute to noise or traffic). There's only one parking space on the property which I am more than happy to yield to whoever has the bigger car (I can park on the limited but still available street space). Two of the rooms are right next to each other, overlooking the beautiful backyard. The third is in the attic attached to a little area that could become a office for whoever wants to work there. The three rooms would have to share one bathroom, as there is only one full bathroom not including the one connected to the main bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully furnished (dishwasher and fridge included). There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer included, a large living room with enough space for a couch, one or two chairs, a tv and a coffee tabel and a small bathroom (toilet+sink).
