The room is roughly 165 square feet. It has enough space to house a queen bed, multiple dressers, a bookshelf, and multiple side tables. It will be unfurnished. The closet is extremely spacious and big enough to house a big collection of clothes and even another dresser or cabinet. There is a ceiling fan above. Our unit has great access to the pool, the Sandy Springs MARTA, and nearby Dunwoody staples like Politan Row and The Shoppes. Both my roommates (M25, M26) are wonderful, clean, and considerate. The roommate you share a bathroom with is the type to clean the whole place on a whim. I unfortunately have to move closer in to the city, or else I'd stay. Rent plus utilites has never been more than $900 ($780+$120). The lease runs until the end of May.
