I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate for a beautiful private bedroom with its own newly renovated full bathroom in my gated townhome. The space is Victorian-inspired, cozy, and thoughtfully styled — very Pinterest-worthy but still comfortable and livable.

The home has shared kitchen, dining, and living areas, in-unit laundry, assigned parking, and access to a community pool. There are also parks nearby if you enjoy walks or outdoor time.

I live here with friendly dogs, so being pet-friendly is a must. I’m a student and professional in the mental health field and value a clean, peaceful home where we both feel safe and comfortable. Mutual respect, shared care of common areas, and open communication are important to me.

Great location with MARTA right outside the community entrance and easy access to I-285, Emory, Northside Hospital, and nearby shopping.
