I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, and stable individual to rent one of the spare bedrooms in my home, available October 1, 2026.

The bedroom has access to a private bathroom, while the kitchen, living room, dining area, and back patio are shared spaces. Washer and dryer access are also included.
