THE QUALIFICATIONS:
All utilities are included (electricity, water and wifi). There is a $60 application fee that covers the background check. You must not have any serious felonies or evictions. We do not care about your credit. You must have verifiable steady income. All rooms are single occupancy, meaning no couples. Also no smoking, kids or pets are allowed.

There is a $200 deposit and all rent must be paid monthly. Leases are month to month with a 3 month minimum
