The available bedroom is large and private, with its own full bathroom and a deep soaking tub—perfect for rinsing the day off and resetting. The townhouse is clean, well kept, and thoughtfully maintained. It’s comfortable, grounded, and easy to settle into.

• Cleanliness is non-negotiable. I keep the house very clean and expect the same.
• No smoking inside (outside is fine), no drugs, no drama, no pets.
• No excessive company or loud behavior, especially during late or odd hours.
• Utilities are included unless usage becomes excessive.

I’m laid-back, easy to get along with, and mostly keep to myself. I’m looking for someone professional, dependable, and very clean—reliability and cleanliness are deal-breakers.
