Costco is right across the lot, Publix and Club Studio in the plaza, tons of coffee and restaurants walkable. MARTA close by, Buckhead about 10 min, easy 400 and 85 access.
$1859 a month, lease goes to Feb 2027, no security deposit. Available from late August.
The transfer goes through the leasing office, so you'd apply and go through their normal screening on income and credit, same as any application. I'll cover the $300 transfer fee. Nothing owed to me.
