Looking for 1-2 roommates. You will need to be added to the lease through the rental company which does require a background check. It’s $1600 a month split 2 or 3 ways depending if the other room gets occupied. Utilities not included. 2 bedrooms available each with their own closet. There is 1 shared bathroom, and a fenced in back yard. Pets are okay but there is a pet rent. The lease ends in April 2027 and there is the option to fully take over the lease at that time if you like the house.
