Looking for someone, or a group of friends to take over my lease September 1st 2026 - April 14th 2027. This will be through the rental company which does require a background check and proof that you can afford the rent. It’s $1600 a month for the whole house, utilities not included. 3 bedrooms each with their own closet, and 1 bathroom, fenced in back yard. Pets are okay but there is a pet rent.
