About the Space:

Looking for a roommate to share my peaceful, artsy home in Decatur! You’ll have two private rooms — one can be your bedroom and the other an office, studio, or cozy retreat — connected by your own private Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower. One room includes a closet for clothing storage.
We’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining area, and backyard. Rooms do not come furnished.

Also included:

- Electric stove, standard fridge/freezer, and dishwasher
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Peaceful backyard with a mix of mowed path and wild-growing garden space (I’m prepping the soil for next season 🌱)
- Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors
- Driveway parking and street parking available

Pets:

🐶 Dogs are welcome (with property management approval & annual pet fee). Please ensure dogs are well-trained and respectful of the home.
