1 Bedroom, personal bath, +4 Kitties living in!

I am looking for a roommate to help cover the mortgage on my family home. My name is Nicolas and I have four cats who roam freely throughout the home. I require either a meeting in person or videocall prior to any agreements being made, as I am searching for someone who will treat my home and cats with respect.

The photos show bedrooms that still have items inside. That will no longer be the case as once the remainder of my family moves out, I will be moving into the master bedroom (not seen in photos,) and you will have the pick of which room you would prefer. Both rooms are immediately adjacent to a bathroom for your personal use (I'll have my own,) and whichever room you do not want will be turned into a spare for houseguests, yours or mine. Also, neither room will be fully furnished, but there is spare furniture for your use, although exactly what depends on whether my family takes more with them once they leave.

We have a large backyard, a Grill & Firepit, Driveway and two car garage, Washing Machine & Drier, Dishwasher.

Move-in could be as early as midway through May, though there is no official departure date for my family yet, and I will need a few days to clean and rearrange the rooms. Latest it would be available would June 1st, but if you need to be here earlier something can be arranged, my goal is to have it ready a couple weeks before June.
