Hardwood throughout the first floor, new carpet in bedrooms, new roof, new faucets, new interior and exterior paint, recently upgraded electrical and plumbing, central heating and AC, and reserved off-street parking. Underdeck ceiling on the patio, so you can sit there in the rain and enjoy a drink! Brand new bed and mattress in your room. Brand new modern light fixtures, mirrors, rugs, and amenities such as air purifier, work from home station, little home gym, etc.

BRAND NEW APPLIANCES (washer, dryer, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.). I only kept the old GE fridge and Dishwasher because they were working flawlessly.

Location: Steps away from walking and biking trails and parks. Walk to Smyrna Market Village, major grocery stores, farmer’s market, gyms, coffee shops, golf courses, tennis courts, and plenty of live entertainment.

Regarding the other roommate: Only other person/roomie in this townhouse is a long-term tenant who lives in the other room, who is quiet, clean, non-smoker, vegetarian, respectful, busy professional man with more than 1 job and several outdoor engagements. He helped me with full renovations and interiors, and pays his bills on time. He likes to keep to himself but he is easygoing.

One month security deposit (fully refundable), Background check, and lease agreement required. No smoking, no heavy drinking or non-prescription drugs, no red meat, no pets, no couples, no families. Just looking for one quiet, clean, responsible roommate with established source of income or proof of funds. Open to month-to-month or long term lease.
