Spare bedroom in spacious, quiet, modern apt

This is my third apartment at this complex and my favorite so far. The bedroom has been unused since I moved in last year — it’s a clean slate. There’s a large window with blackout vinyl (removable if you prefer), a spacious closet, and a private bath across the hall.

The apartment has been recently renovated with granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms — modern and well-kept. There’s carpet in the bedrooms, but the rest of the apartment has laminate flooring. Happy to share photos on request.

I have a dog and a cat, both friendly and easygoing, so animal lovers are a must. Day-to-day, the apartment is quiet, bright, and calm — mostly cooking, cleaning, and occasional music. I’m back in school, so my main focus will be there but I also love gaming, hiking, and reading.

I’ve lived in this complex for 7+ years across a few different units and genuinely love it. It has a suburban neighborhood feel with great on-site amenities and is the best-maintained complex I’ve encountered in 12+ years in Atlanta. The neighborhood gym is a short walk away, there are walking trails here, and there are 4 community pools. Smyrna feels small town while offering the conveniences of Atlanta.
