Spare bedroom in spacious, quiet, modern apt

This is my third apartment at this complex and my favorite so far. It’s ground floor, recently updated, and close to the on site gym as well as one of the five pools and the package center.

The bedroom has been unused since I moved in last year — it’s a clean slate. There’s a large window with blackout vinyl (removable if you prefer), a spacious closet, and a private bath across the hall.

The apartment has been recently renovated with granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms — modern and well-kept. There’s carpet in the bedrooms, but the rest of the apartment has laminate flooring. Happy to share photos on request.

I have a dog and a cat, both friendly and easygoing, so animal lovers are a must. Day-to-day, the apartment is quiet, bright, and calm — mostly cooking, cleaning, and occasional music. I’m back in school, so my main focus will be there but I also love gaming, hiking, and reading.

I’ve lived in this complex for 7+ years across a few different units and genuinely love it. It has a suburban neighborhood feel with great on-site amenities and is the best-maintained complex I’ve encountered in 12+ years in Atlanta. The neighborhood gym is a short walk away, there are walking trails here, and there are 4 community pools. Smyrna feels small town while offering the conveniences of Atlanta.
