Hello, I am a queer friendly 29-year-old woman who is looking to rent out one of the rooms in my home. I keep a very clean, calm household. I work from home and generally keep to myself. I have two dogs that are very quiet and well behaved. I have a quiet, beautiful backyard that looks into the woods and gets a great dappled sunrise in the morning. The house is walking distance from a small downtown area, which has food spots, a brewery, a nice park and other attractions.

I am looking for another woman who is a business professional and is open to doing a $40 background check through KeyCheck. I am open to doing one also for your peace of mind as well. I’d prefer to start with a three month lease to make sure our personalities click and it can be extended if things go smoothly.

I currently only have driveway parking available, but if a garage space is needed, I can organize my garage to allow a second vehicle to park.
