Owner and brother reside on the upper level. Quiet, no kids. Lower terrace level has two large en-suite bedrooms with exclusive bathrooms inside the bedrooms. The lower level has two independent ensuites, one with a work-out-of-town tenant who comes home once a week on the weekend sometimes.

Basically you will be alone on the terrace level most of the time. Your space includes a large bedroom, with exclusive bathroom, kitchenette outside that bedroom, small sitting area, terrace patio looking out into the garden. Fully-furnished price is $1050 plus $275 monthly which includes utilities (water, electric, internet - with careful use) and a small repair/maintenance fund for minor fixes if necessary. The place is brand new. currently being build out. It should be ready by the 1st of September, 2026. Kitchenette includes fridge for your exclusive use. (other ensuite has its own fridge). Stove, microwave and dishwasher serves that level - I have added unfinished photos but will update them as the space is complete.
