Furnished Rooms for Rent – Marietta / East Cobb

I have a furnished bedroom available for rent in Marietta, Georgia, near the East Cobb border. The house is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Kennesaw State University’s Marietta Campus and approximately 8 minutes from the Cobb Cloverleaf (I-75/I-285).

I’m looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep and is comfortable making the house feel like home. You’ll absolutely have your own space and privacy, but I’d also like to find a roommate who is friendly, respectful, and comfortable occasionally hanging out, having conversations, sharing a meal, watching a movie, or just enjoying the common areas of the house.

The bedroom comes furnished and includes a private bathroom located just outside the bedroom. You’ll also have full access to the main areas of the house, including the living room, sunroom, kitchen, dining area, and laundry in the garage.

The house has plenty of parking and a yard, and the neighborhood is generally quiet. I also have two indoor cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats.

I work full-time and attend college, so I stay fairly busy, but when I’m home I enjoy relaxing, cooking, watching movies, gaming, and spending time around the house. I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible, respectful of the home, and interested in a comfortable, friendly roommate environment.
