Move-In Requirements & Verification

Rent, Fees & Payment Structure

* Payment Options: Rent can be paid either weekly or biweekly to align with your paychecks.

* Single Occupancy Rate: $210 if paying weekly ($420 if paying biweekly).

* Couples Welcome Rate: $150 per person per week, totaling $300 weekly ($600 if paying biweekly).

* Late Fee Policy: There is a $30 late fee for late payments. However, this fee can be waived if there is clear communication with the landlord and they decide to do so.

* Lease Term: Minimum 6-month formal lease agreement required.

* Total Value: Flat pricing with all utilities included and absolutely no surprise fees just a weekly or bi-weekly payment consistently.
