Hey y’all! We’ve got a room available here in Marietta, $750 a month + utilities, which are usually another $100. The house is 5 bedrooms, but it’s just 3 guys here currently, looking for a 4th. We have a great relationship with our landlady, and pay her through Zelle or Venmo. We’re close to the Marietta Square, Kennestone Hospital, and are about 15 minutes from KSU. Much of the house was recently renovated, there’s a great private parking lot, and we’ve got an alkaline water filtration system for the whole house. We’re chill, quiet, friendly guys, and all take responsibility for chores around the house and just helping out. I’m Lee by the way! Message me with any inquiries, I’d love to connect.
