My current roommate has to move due to medical reasons.

I have a room in a 3bdrm, 2.5 bath townhouse with ONE room for rent. Home is in a gated community, pool and you'll have garage space for your vehicle. House is somewhat smart with safety cameras. I have a part-time business I run from the home. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. I do have parties from time to time, but will notify you. Home also has cable/internet, small backyard area w/firepit and patio furniture, gas/electric. Room is unfurnished, but rent amount is all inclusive...so no extra utilities to pay.

Also includes maid services.

Standard room size. Room has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Move-in Ready!

I run background checks.
Lease is annual with a $350 early termination fee.
