Looking for a woman with no children/pets to share my house. The house is located in the Cumberland Creek subdivision with access to Austell Road and Powder Springs Road.

You're welcome to use the pots/pans/kitchen stuff. You are responsible for your own meals.

Unfurnished private bedroom 11'x11' with a ceiling fan and nice sized closet. Laundry is in the basement. Shared full bath. Enclosed porch off tge dining room. No drinking, alcohol drugs or drama permitted on premises.

Currently 2 working women in the house. Not on the bus line. Parking in driveway only. You must be Covid compliant.

Rent includes internet and utilities. References and proof of income will be required. This service will not list my phone number. Contact Martha. This is a relatives house and I do this for her. I am 10 minutes away from the house and can show it almost any time.
