Beautiful furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with clean, respectful roommates. 1 do have a friendly pomeranian and you’re able to bring in 1 pet of your own. Rent and all utilities split 3 ways, with utilities being about $200-$300 a month included with wifi, trash, water, ADT alarm system and lawn care.
