Who we are:
Share the house with a mother, a (respectful) adult son, 2 other adult tenants and 1 friendly dogs
This is a unique environment because this is a family home and everyone treats one another like family regardless of where you come from. There's a lot of sharing, as long as all things are treated with respect. You have full privacy in your own room and shared bathroom, but to come and go you must walk through the house. Please be comfortable with this and be good at getting along with other people. See a list below of the things you have in your room, and the things you'll share in the rest of the house.
Room is 10.5’ X 11.25’
You may move in February 1, 2026

You must:
Have first month's rent($700) (or $30 per day if move in other than first of a month)
Provide $150 for Utilities
Provide a deposit($250) upon move in.
Have a full time job.
Be willing to sign a lease (6 months or a year)
Application & Background check required - we ask that you pay a one time fee of $50 for background check. This is due to a previous bad experience.
Be willing to tell us your age and at least little about yourself.
Have at least 1 reference from a former landlord.

House is large 5 bedroom/3 full bath home is on 1 acre wooded lot

Shared use of 2 big refrigerators, and 1 huge stand-alone freezer

Smoking outside only.
