I’m looking for a roomate to rent a furnished bedroom in my home . Shared bath is with other male roommate that is super clean and has off hours so never a problem. There is also a guest bath on main living area. Must be responsible , respectful, drama free , and clean . 850 per month . Including all utilities, Wi-Fi and washer dryer. Bed is Queen. Parking, large covered front porch to hang out on . The backyard has a deck and large fenced yard with a fire pit .
Quite neighborhood, 10 minutes from KSU,
15 to marietta Square and 25 minutes to buckhead - non rush hour-
