Two males (brothers) both attending GSU and working part-time and one female (student) each rent a room and share the rest of the house common areas. All rooms are on the second floor. The backyard is fenced in. There is some storage available in the basement. The yard and the house is maintained by a service -once a month. The subdivision has a pool for use. This house was built in 2004 and is 2750 sq. ft. The HOA has covenants that must be adhered to and can be reviewed in a prepared agreement. First and last month can be prorated based on occupancy. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. This house has new 2nd floor carpet and LVP hallway and stairs. Applicant must meet the current residents before move in.
