The four bedroom house is located 25 minutes from downtown in Mableton and is sandwiched between Veterans Memorial and Mableton Pkwy. Two males (brothers) both attending GSU and working part-time and one working female each rent a room and share the rest of the house common areas. All rooms are on the second floor. There is a guest room on the first floor. There is a fenced in backyard. There is some storage available in the basement. The yard and the house is maintained by a service -once a month. The subdivision has a pool for use. This house was built in 2004 and is 2750 sq. ft. The HOA has covenants that must be adhered to and can be reviewed in a prepared agreement. First and last month can be prorated based on occupancy. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Applicant must meet the current residents before move in.
