Seeking roommate!

This listing is for the master bedroom on one side of my split level in Mableton. I'm in two rooms on the other side, separated by the living room and kitchen. There's another roommate on the lower floor with a separate entrance who doesn't come up.

Room: large, carpeted, clean, great lighting, master bath with walk-in closet
House: two friendly cats, great kitchen, wood floors, fast internet, full gym
Location: not far from , minutes from the Battery and the Comet trail, nearby food shopping,
Neighborhood: quiet, suburban, pool and tennis

Me: quiet, normal hours, handy, usually working from home, friendly, occasional game nights on weekends
What I'm looking for: one person, quiet, clean, friendly, respectful of shared spaces and cats, reliable payment

Utilities included. Small pets are a discussion. Will need proof of income and renter's insurance. Lease terms shorter than a year are possible.

*The room is unfurnished. The picture is accurate for condition, but not furniture. I'll update when the current roommate has finished moving.*
