Room w/ private bathroom & basement

I am 53, single, and conservative. My life is 100% drama-free and I will do everything to protect such.

My daughter has moved in with her boyfriend, so I have her bedroom, bathroom, and basement living room area available for rent.

The home is located 2~ miles from I-575 and 3~ miles from Hwy. 92. All utilities are included, as well as maid service every other Wednesday. The maids will clean your bedroom, change your sheets, and clean your bathroom along with the rest of the home. Routine cleaning of your spaces is expected, as well as restoring the kitchen to how it was found after cooking. Also, you would be the only other person living in the home. For some reason, it wouldn't accept that, so the ad reads two other roommates. Food is not covered in the cost of the lease.
No drugs and if you vape, it MUST be done outside. There is a covered deck with a small loveseat, two chairs, and a table.

There will be one garage parking space available, with remote. There is also a shed on the property, which is currently not being used and would be available for storage.
