Room w/ private bathroom & basement

About me: I am 53, single, and conservative. While I am conservative, I have a diverse group of family and friends. I grew up an Army Brat, so I live my life that as long as you’re cool to me, I’m going to be cool to you. I don’t care who another person loves or has sex with, as long as they are all consenting adults. Some of my BEST friends are gay, and their sexual orientation has never been a factor. While God is a very important part of my life, I do not attend church on a regular basis, and when I do, it is non-denominational, despite being raised Catholic. My life is 100% drama-free and I will do everything to protect such. I have a wonderful job, good credit, and have been through hell and back so many times Hollywood couldn’t write my screenplay. I’m looking to find a roommate who has similar experiences and outlooks on life.

My daughter recently moved in with her boyfriend, so I have her bedroom, bathroom, and basement living room area available for rent. To clarify, the home has four levels: garage (one parking space with remote is yours), several steps up to the furnished basement (your living room area, shared laundry, half bath & available treadmill), several steps up is where my living room area, the dinning room (which is set up as my home office (remote on Fridays), shared kitchen, and access to the covered deck are, several steps up from there are where your bedroom and private bathroom, spare bedroom and master are located.

The home is located 2~ miles from I-575 and 3~ miles from Hwy. 92. All utilities are included, as well as maid service every other Wednesday. The maids will clean your bedroom, change your sheets, and clean your bathroom along with the rest of the home. Routine cleaning of your spaces is expected, as well as restoring the kitchen to how it was found after cooking. Also, you would be the only other person living in the home. For some reason, it wouldn't accept that, so the ad reads two other roommates. Food is not covered in the cost of the lease.
No drugs and if you vape, it MUST be done outside. There is a covered deck with a small loveseat, two chairs, and a table.

There will be one garage parking space available, with remote. There is also a shed on the property, which is currently not being used and would be available for storage.
