Two rooms for rent in lovely house

Hi, I'm a 58 yr old professional with 2 extra rooms available in a 5 bedroom house. Yard and deck at the back of the house, parking available in the driveway. Two cats that you definitely need to be OK with :) Rooms can be furnished for an extra $100 per mo. Both rooms have their own bathroom across the hall. Larger room is downstairs on its own level, and there is the option of renting the room next to it for an office, etc. Will discuss that if you're interested. The smaller room is upstairs and has its own bathroom that might very occasionally need to be shared if I have guests in town using the guest room next to yours. But basically it's all yours. I travel a lot, so very often you'll have the house to yourself. I'll add photos this weekend. Utilities run about $200 per mo and include wifi and DirecTV, etc.
