Basement Private room with own bathroom/ Kitchette

We offer a clean, cozy home in a peaceful, centrally located neighborhood, just a short drive from a variety of restaurants, shops, breweries, and walking trails.

Your private studio-style suite is located in the basement and includes a comfortable king-size bed with plush pillows, a cozy couch, and a private bathroom stocked with towels and washcloths. The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig, microwave, water kettle, toaster oven, hot plate, and full-sized refrigerator, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that there is no full kitchen in this room!

There is a Roku TV in the room. Nightshade blinds provide added comfort, and you’ll have a private entrance with a keypad lock through our garage.

For added convenience, you’ll have access to a washer and dryer located in the garage. Please note that the main part of the house is not accessible, as we value our privacy.

Our home is located in Falcon Hills Subdivision, just minutes from I-575, Downtown Woodstock, and Kennesaw State University. A peaceful, safe neighborhood where you’ll see families enjoying walks and children playing.
