5 BR 4 BA custom brick home on 2.5 acres with 25 neighbors on similar acreage lots, which creates a sanctuary for deer, turkeys, etc. In the middle of all the conveniences, with a feeling of north Georgia.. I live in the recently completed 2 BR 1 Bath 1800 sq ft in-law suite downstairs. You will share, with two mature men, the 3BR and 3 bath upstairs, which is 2200 square feet. All the rooms are large.
I am actively retired with many interests and plans to travel in my camper.
You are stable, health conscious, active, honest, domestically neat, logical, and financially secure. I'm not seeking a BFF, but a rational kindred spirit would be nice. A young MATURE student would be considered, but no partiers, and compatibility is paramount! There is a lot of room in the house, but not enough for incompatibility! Your share of expenses is $825 Month, and is furnished with TV, bureau, bed with side tables, lamp, ceiling fan, desk and office chair, high speed internet. Laundry and pantry is off of the kitchen. The private bath is detached. BR also has door to the large outside deck, for private entrance.
