Me and my (male) roommate are looking to add one more person to our lease.

New roommate should be between 23-35 years old.

Our rental company has some restriction for pets.

You would also need to pass their background/credit check.

We live in Kennesaw, about 15 minutes from KSU and about the same distance from the freeway.

The room in question is a bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom (shared with the other roommate).
You also have a space downstairs for an office or whatever.

The house is already furnished, minus your office area and your bedroom.

Rent total is ~$865 -give or take

The base rent would be $725.

Deposit is $600.

Utilities like sewer, water, and trash run about $30–40 a month per person.

Internet, gas, and electric run about 80–100 bucks a month per person.

I am more than willing to send screenshots / bills for the month.

We are both professionals, clean, and not big party people, and we are looking for someone who is similar.
