Homeowner looking to rent out my spare room in a townhome. You'll have your own bathroom, and I already have a convertible futon in the room if you need a bed. Can provide a TV. Utilities including internet are included. LGBTQ friendly.

Wanted: someone relatively quiet who keeps daylight hours and who doesn't smoke cigarettes. I have a cat and a dog, so would prefer if you didn't have pets but we can probably work something out if you do. I also have a snake in a terrarium in the common room so please no snake-o-phobes.

One car only, because there is limited parking. The room is up a flight of stairs and the kitchen and common areas are on the main floor.
