Hello, My Fiancé and I are looking to rent our den. It's large with a private entry, a solo balcony, and garage access. You will have access to the Kitchen and laundry room. The current housemates would be My Fiance and I, and our two dogs.

-Our dogs don't bark and are (& will always) never be allowed in the kitchen or den.
