Semi private room for rent

The room is suite sized (195 square feet) and large enough for a small bed, dresser, sitting area and perhaps small dinette. It is in a part of the house that is mostly private.
The house is in a very central and convenient area with:
75 and express toll access each 3 miles away
Kennesaw University 5.5 miles away
Downtown Acworth 2.5 miles away
Downtown Kennesaw 6 miles away
Woodstock Square 8.8 miles away

There is a corner cabinet to that is supplied and has been used for microwave, air fryer and coffee maker if you want, or as a desk. There is space that you could also have a small Kitchen sideboard buffet cabinet. The cocktail table/entertainment center in pictures will stay.
You will have your own full sized refrigerator./freezer.
This is best suited for someone who doesn't cook a lot due to my use and lack of storage space. There is area in kitchen for a small kitchen buffet or standing pantry.. The use of sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, is expected with access to stove and oven for your meal preps, etc. You will have your own full sized refrigerator.
There is garage space for parking and some room for storage and off that is entrance to your room.
There is a back door in room to the back yard as well.
There is use of washer and dryer.
There is a guest bathroom which will used mostly by you other than occasional guests of mine and there isn't another roommate.
The household/space is a warm, welcoming, clean, positive, chill/zen, and drama free and so am I!!
