Room 2 - Upstairs Large 12 × 15 room on other side of house separated by long hall & closed off for privacy-in-law suite. Full double vanity across hall, with adjacent furnished guest bedroom available for additional $200 that works for those alternate weekends with a child if divorced. I could be available for babysitting as well at additional charge as agreed. Separate entrance from back deck & garage (garage parking included with room).
Credit & background check will be performed at small additional fee. Some furniture available if furnished is needed at small add'l cost as agreed for each room. We just need to move furniture from other rooms as needed.
