I have one bedroom for rent , I only ask for $800 a month and I only ask for a very small percentage on help with the utility bills I won’t ever ask you to cover a whole bill or even half of one really just help when needed . I do have 3 dogs and I work full time so I’m not home much during the day or weekend . I’m very chill laid back and really don’t care about much as long as you pay and we have mutual respect for eachother and you gotta like dogs 🤣. Other than that it’s easy ! The room doesn’t have a bathroom but there is one right across the hall and of course kitchen and living room are shared but you can have a designated place to put things . I have a stove , refrigerator I’m working on getting a new washer and dryer and I have a big back yard .
