Peaceful professional renter wanted

Renting out entire houses. The house has 6 large bedrooms 2 1/2 bathroom . The house set on an acre lot. A fenced backyard, 2 decks. One off the ex-large space and the other off dining room. There’s an alarm system on the house. As well as a soft water system that purifies the water as well.
3 rooms are currently rented out.
I currently have 2 female renters and 1 male renter.
I’m looking for responsible and respectful renters.
The family room / kitchen/ guest bedroom and private dining room are shared areas.
I have the master bedroom with private bathroom upstairs available. I have a large bedroom with walk-in closet upstairs with shared guess bathroom.
A large studio size space downstairs with a shared half bathroom.
Also a ex-large studio space downstairs with a private entrance and a shared half bathroom.
