💰 Rent & Financial Terms (Per Room):
• Rent: $1,500/month (Includes ALL utilities, high-speed internet, and regular cleaning of common areas).
• Security Deposit: $750.
• Application Fee: $35 (Fully credited back toward your first month’s rent upon approval).
• Move-in Requirements: First month’s rent + $750 security deposit.
• Pro-rating Policy: First month's rent is pro-rated based on your move-in date. Note: For mid-month move-ins after the 15th, the remaining days of the current month plus the next full month’s rent are due together at signing (e. g., a move-in on the 15th requires $750 for the current month + $1,500 for the next full month, totaling $2,250 for rent).
• Insurance: Proof of standard renter's insurance is required prior to move-in.
