Hey everyone,

Starting April 15th, the last room in our townhouse will be available!

The room available is an unfurnished guest bedroom w/ a shared bathroom for $900/mo utilities included (WiFi, electric, gas, water & sewer, trash, and maid cleaning)

The house is a is a very quiet middle unit townhouse with a basement, porch, and patio! It is right off of Highway 92 and is a 13 minute/5.9 mile drive to KSU. We are all the way in the back of the community next to a perennial stream, so if you are into peaceful nature vibes this is the place for you!

We have 2 car garage and 2 driveway spaces, no assigned parking however coordination of everyone’s schedules has been seamless the past 9 month or so.

Living room is fully furnished with couches, some wall art, TV, plants, etc.

Current roomies are Michael, Malachi, and Jake. Michael is in the finished basement, Malachi is in the other guest bedroom, & Jake is in the master bedroom. All three are super hard working and down to earth people. First two have been living in the house since May 2025, and Jake just moved in this month!

Only pet in the house is a Great Pyrenees who is super friendly!

There is NO safety deposit, security deposit, or pet fee. FYI our HOA requires leases to be 12 months long. Please reach out with any questions!
