Hey everyone!

Starting April 1st, two rooms will be available!

The first is the Master Bedroom. It is a spacious ~650 SF area with its own walk in closet and double vanity for $1300/mo utilities included (WiFi, electric, gas, water & sewer, trash, and maid cleaning)

The other room available is the guest bedroom at ~252 SF for $900/mo (also including utilities).

The house is a is a very quiet middle unit townhouse with a basement, porch, and patio! It is right off of Highway 92 and is a 13 minute/5.9 mile drive to KSU. We are all the way in the back of the community next to a perennial stream, so if you are into peaceful nature vibes this is the place for you! Both available rooms will be unfirnished, living room is fully furnished with couches, wall art, TV, plants, etc. We have complimenary air frier, Keuerg coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, microwave, and a gas stove & gas oven. Only thing missing is a rice cooker 😂

Current roomies are Malachi and Michael. Michael is in the finished basement & Malachi is in the othe guar bedroom. Both are super busy and down to earth people who’ve been living here since May last year!

Pets are ok but specify type and size to coordinate with existing roommates out of respect!

Please reach out with any questions, to get a blank copy of the lease, etc. There is NO safety deposit for pet fee. Just looking for long term ppl
