Room 4 Rent

The house is a 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hot water, heat, stove are all gas. There is a fire place in the living room and on the back porch it is covered and is fenced in. Parking is located either on the street or in a certain spot in drive way so e cn all get out.
The room is down stairs off of the garage so you will either have your own front door code or garage code to enter into the house. The room has a window on the ground floor and has storage under the steps and has a vanity in the room as well. The ceiling is a drop down and has a vent in there, but there is only 1 thermostat that is located up stairs. So if need more hear or A/C we can assist with that. there is a sitting room right off of the room that can be used as a game room or TV room.
The rent incudes the utilities. IE. Rent, internet, Gas, Electric. The house is smart all through it. Has Alexis, smart garage, Ring Cameras in and out of the house. (cameras face the entrances of house.)
There are 2 dogs here that stay up stairs.
