The room became available because I had previously been caring for my mother at home. Her medical needs eventually reached the point where she needed a higher level of care, and she has since moved into an assisted-living facility.

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD:

I'm looking for someone who is responsible, financially stable, respectful of the home and easy to live with. This isn't intended to feel like someone simply renting a bedroom—I want whoever moves in to be comfortable treating the apartment as their home as well.

Prospective roommate will need to provide their most recent two months of income documentation showing the ability to reliably cover their portion of the housing expenses. Any move-in or community requirements would also need to be satisfied.
