Hey y’all! I currently live in Downtown Savannah, and I am currently looking for someone to take my apartment. It’s 1 Bed, 1 Bath, and 757 sqft. It is in an apartment complex near Forsyth Park, with gated parking, a pool, a gym, and more. It has in unit washer/dryer, sink disposal, and A/C.

Looking to let someone live here for the next 6 months at $1,300/month (plus utilities and small application fee). There is an application required, and it is $100. Price is flexible and negotiable. Move in date would be around or before September 25th.

It’s a perfect spot in Downtown at a discounted price for SCAD students, young adults, or young couples looking for a more flexible stay at an affordable rate.
